Center, Inc. in Dunkirk, in the heart of Northern Chautauqua County is a multi-purpose
center serving a predominantly rural population from communities like Silver
Creek, Forestville, Brocton and Portland to name a few. Owing to a lack of public
transportation, the staff at Dunkirk take the program services to other locations
in the county as well.
