Everywoman has compiled an extensive menu of products and services, any of which can be combined to create customized programs for individual participants, organizations targeting specific populations, agencies and businesses.
Everywoman conducts classes and workshops at our five sites and at numerous outreach locations, educational centers and businesses. Depending on their needs, participants can attend seminars and career planning classes and/or receive one-to-one case management and career counseling.

For Individuals

Unlike many other employment preparation services, Everywoman uses a case management approach to move participants through all the steps to self-sufficiency, from early self-exploration through job retention and advancement. Everywoman's individualized services are designed to bolster self-confidence while developing the best plan for each participant. Everywoman assists women to enter, re-enter or move forward in the world of paid employment by teaching job search skills, assisting with career decisions and helping them remove other barriers to career success.
